Scoop gives you the best way to follow what is going on in the world. After installation, you can find a little icon next to the address bar of your browser. Activate Scoop by clicking on its icon. In the drop-down window, there are short news headlines, thumbnail pictures, source, and time of publishing. Scroll down to review more news of interest. All links open in a new tab, without affecting the current website.
Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter buttons, on the left bottom part of the drop-down window, enhance the compact look of the design. Use these buttons to share the news across these platforms in an instant while reading them.
If you want to be well-informed and read breaking news, as soon as possible, in seven different categories, choose Scoop. Filter news by category you’re interested in with the Settings button in the top right corner of Scoop’s drop-down window. Choose the most important news from the following categories business, science, general, health, sports, technology, or entertainment.
The practical way to access Scoop is the click on the little arrow on the right side of your tab. It is there whenever you need it but in a non-distracting way. This option can be disabled in the Settings, and leave you with just drop-down window.
